3 Day Introduction to Sociocracy Workshop on 30th May, 31st May & 1st June 2017 (for 60 participants) + basic after-class follow-on support. - Led by John Buck and table facilitation by various qualified mentors.

CEMVO Scotland is a national intermediary organisation and strategic partner of the Scottish Government with the aim of building the capacity and sustainability of the ethnic minority third sector and its communities. We have a database network of over 600 EM voluntary sector organisations throughout Scotland.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social entrepreneur to provide social enterprise business development support to ethnic minority organisations and individuals with entrepreneurial ambitions. You will have extensive business develop and support skills, knowledge and experience in social enterprise development, and the ability to work with both organisations and with individuals, including young people.

You will also have responsibility for increasing awareness of social enterprise among ethnic minority groups, which will involve organising and delivering social enterprise training events. You will therefore need good organisational, training and work planning skills, as well as a strong commitment towards race equality and of working with ethnic minority groups.
